Egbeda/OnaAra2023: A Group Belong to Dr. Kunle Iyanda Meet, Reatriate their Support for all the PDP Candidates
• To be meeting every last Sunday of the Month
A group Belong to the Ona Ara Local Government born Egbeda/Ona-Ara House of Representatives candidate at the 2019 general elections and also a leading aspirant at the coming elections in 2023, Dr. Ayokunle Iyanda “Asejere, Kunle Iyanda campaign Group” meet, reatriate their support for the the candidates, chosen by the party.

The meeting that was held yesterday at the campaign Office of Dr. Kunle Iyanda at Ogbere-target which was presided by one of the group leader, Mr. Adewale Badmus, where he stated that the meeting will be holding every last Sunday of the Month to be striving and getting opportunities for it’s members from their principal and at the next Government of Engr. Seyi Makinde, he also stated the main aims of the group, which is;
• To be promoting PDP for people under the leadership of the Executive Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde.
• To work collectively and be committed to the course of the governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde by supporting whoever the governor endorses for them in their jurisdiction.
• To empower the members of Asejere, Kunle Iyanda campaign group.
• To be promoting the good work of Dr. Kunle Iyanda
A close ally to Dr. Kunle Iyanda, Mr. Babatunde Fasola talked about his principal’s personality and principles and the reasons why they have to be committed to the course. He said Hon. Kunle Iyanda is someone who doesn’t cherish camping people at the initial stage but, this come up as its the only way to get benefit to the people of the grassroots. So when opportunity comes, they won’t have to take it outside but to the people within the group.
He also talked about the importance of preaching the gospel to the people at home and abroad. Asejere group (Kunle Iyanda’s group) is a convergence that will yield and more accomplishments will surely follow.
He furthered that, as at now they will be supporting Hon. Mohammed Fadeyi for Ona Ara Oyo state Assembly, Hon. Busari Olayemi for Ona Ara/Egbeda Federal constituency and Chief Bisi Ilaka for Oyo Central senatorial district since they are the ones generally accepted by the people of the party.
And lastly he expressed Hon. Kunle Iyanda’s gratitude to people for believing in him, always.
A representative of the former chief of staff and the leading PDP Oyo Central Senatorial Aspirants Chief Bisi Ilaka, Mr. Nurudeen Sulaimon also greet people and state reason the group need to be taken more serious.
A representative of women, PDP women Leader , her name withheld states reasons why everyone at the meeting have to work with the Asejere Group coordinators in their various wards, because opportunities can be coming in anytime.
Mr Nurudeen Sulaimon also stress the reason why they all have to work together and not be choosy in supporting candidate, in as much they are all from one PDP, he said, that is the bound and we have to uphold their ambitions.
