A reputable and highly respected broadcasting alliance in Nigeria, The Elite Broadcasters (TEB), hosted a landmark summit and induction ceremony on Sunday, May 11, 2025, at AYS Hotels and Suites, Mokola, Ibadan, to welcome new members and reaffirm its developmental mission.
In his welcome address, The Mayor of The Elite Broadcasters, Aare Olabode Anisoloja of Agidigbo FM, delivered a passionate account of the group’s achievements and purpose since its inception. He emphasized that TEB is a closed and distinguished body, made up of individuals with a genuine passion for societal development and professional excellence.

“We do not throw our doors open to just anyone. We extend invitations only to those with integrity and a developmental mindset. Our interest cannot be bought — we are the Watchmen,” Anisoloja declared.
The summit, anchored by renowned broadcaster Aare Emmanuel Ibikunle ElereOba, Director of Programs at Success FM Nigeria, featured the official decoration of both veteran and newly inducted members. Honored figures such as Old Members – Gbenga Olayiwola Oyato, Atanda Mighty, Asoju Odo Alawode Rahmon, Aare Samuel Ibikunle ArugboBoisi, and others – were celebrated for their continued excellence.
The highlight of the event was the induction of New Members, including: Folakemi Arowolo (Folake Mighty) – Splash FM Nigeria, Abiola Oladiti (Bravolee) – Agidigbo FM, Ramat Kajola Olanrewaju – Fresh FM Nigeria, Tobiloba Ogunshina (Wokilumo) – 32FM.
Their decoration was performed by the Mayor himself, followed by the presentation of the TEB Code of Conduct, which each inductee accepted with pride. Each new member gave an acceptance speech expressing commitment to the mission and values of TEB.
Members also delivered goodwill messages, reinforcing unity and purpose within the group. The gathering served as a reminder of TEB’s unwavering commitment to professional broadcasting, ethical standards, and community development.
