Egbeda/OnaAra2023: PDP Aspirants meet, reject imposition of candidate. Reatriate their Readiness for Primaries
The aspirants of the People’s Democratic party (PDP) for Federal House of Representatives in Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency meet in Ibadan yesterday, unanimously rejected imposition of anyone among them as they reatriate their readiness for the party primaries as agreed at a meeting held in A3 where the Leaders of the party said they should talk to decide on someone among them.
The aspirants, a release made available to newsmen, expressed disappointment over alleged attempt by the leaders of the party under the watch of His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde to impose a candidate on the guise of consensus.

In their conclusion, the 3 Aspirants among four that obtained form of interest at the PDP National Secretariat in Abuja, Chief Ezekiel Oladimeji Temitope, Dr. Olajumoke Tokunbo, Amb. Ojoawo A. Joshua, alleged that the leaders of the party said they had picked Busari Olayemi which it’s against the decision of other aspirants as agreed in a jointly signed document at the last stakeholders meeting at A3, where we all agreed to go for the primary election.

we are all set for the party process to the primaries as we’ve submitted our forms of interest to the National office of our great party in Abuja.
