The Baba Adini of Isara Remo, Alhaji Prince Sulaimon Otun, has called on Muslims worldwide to deeply internalize the profound message and timeless lessons of Ramadan — including unwavering devotion to Allah, unity, love, kindness to the less privileged, and, most importantly, piety.
In his forwarded message yesterday, Friday, 28th February 2025 (marking the end of Sha’ban), to the Isara Muslim Community in Isara, Remo North Local Government Area of Ogun State — under the spiritual leadership of the Chief Imam of Isara Remo, Alhaji (Sheikh) Imam Soliu Thanni Ireyemi — Alhaji Prince Sulaimon Otun reminded the faithful that Ramadan transcends mere abstinence from food and drink. Rather, it is a sacred period for spiritual growth, sincere worship, and deep self-reflection.
He urged Muslims to embody the core values of patience, forgiveness, and generosity, stressing the importance of extending compassion and support to those in need. According to him, the true essence of Ramadan lies not only in observing these virtues during the holy month but in making them a permanent part of everyday life.
Concluding his message, Baba Adini, Alhaji Prince Sulaimon Otun, offered fervent prayers for peace, unity, and continued progress in Isara Remo, Ogun State, and Nigeria as a whole. He encouraged Muslims to remain steadfast in their faith, trust in Allah’s boundless mercy, and carry the light of Ramadan in their hearts long after the month has passed.
