Our correspondent gathered that after some hours of voting exercise that, the Presiding Officer of the Independent National Electoral Commission after attending to the last electorate officially ended the voting exercise.
Around 4:15pm, the presiding officer announced the results.
Among the total votes cast for the gubernatorial poll, the presiding officer said the PDP polled 182 votes; and the closet rival, the APC polled 52 and the State House of Assembly, PDP polled 165 and the closet rival APC 60.
