Oyo APC Gladiators Shine, as Oyo LG. Chairmen organised 8th-Day Fidau Prayer For Late Olubadan
The 2023 Governorship hopeful and Osi Basorun of IBADAN land, Chief Dr. Azeez Popoola Adeduntan alongside other prominent people,that included former Oyo State Governor , Sen Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, former Lagos State Governor and APC chieftain, Bola Ahmed Tinubu who was ably represented ,were at the 8th day Fidau of the late Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Soliu Adetunji Aje Oguguniso the 1st held at Mapo hall Ibadan.

Others were: Joseph Tegbe, Teslim Folarin, Bayo Adelabu among others attended the prayer session. The event was said to have been organized by all the elected council chairmen from Ibadan. Crowds hailed chieftains of the All Progressives Congress who were present. The event almost turned to APC event.
Chief Dr Adeduntan who is also an international board certified cardiovascular surgeon and former OYO STATE health commissioner eulogised the great virtues of the late Olubadan who joined his ancestors on Sunday January 2nd 2022 at the age of 93.
Earlier inter-denominatiomal services were conducted by both Christian and Islamic clerics.
The Fidau on the Islamic side was led by the chief IMAM of IBADAN,Alhaji GANIYU ABUBAKR AGBOTOMOKEKERE supported by statewide and out of state chief IMAMS and ulammas.
