Olubadan throne: Makinde To Install Senator Lekan Balogun As Olubadan Of Ibadanland March 11th (SEE LETTER)
Senator Lekan Balogun, whose appointment as the 42nd Olubadan of Ibadanland, was approved by the Oyo State governor on February 14th, would be coronated March 11, 2022.

In a letter confirming this development, which was made available to FVNews, on Tuesday, Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has approved the said date as the installation ceremony of the new Olubadan of Ibadanland.
Recall that the Governor approved the appointment of the Monarch after the position became vacant on Sunday 2nd January this year.
The approval follows a recommendation made by the Olubadan-in Council and which was communicated to the governor recently.
