One of Ibadan’s leading radio stations, Agidigbo 88.7 FM, has formally requested the withdrawal of its nominations and those of its staff members from the prestigious annual Primus Media Awards.
In a press statement gathered from the official page of the Primus Media Awards, it was noted that Agidigbo FM’s management reached out to the award organizers, expressing their desire to have all nominations involving their station and personnel removed immediately, for undisclosed reasons.
In a prompt response, the Primus Media Awards team stated they would begin the process of removing Agidigbo FM and its staff members’ nominations from consideration, in accordance with the station’s management request.
