In her eulogy, The Iyaloja-General of Pacesetter State described late Alapinni of Oyo empire as someone whose love and passion for development and progress of the ancient town was so paramount to him.
Abeo maintained that the deceased was an advocate of peace, community leader, patriotic and courageous being who left a big vacuum that can’t be easily filled.
She noted that he left the earth surface, while his counsel, experience and elderly philosophy would be highly needed over the selection of new monarch of Oyoland.
She however took solace in the fact that despite his departure at this material time, he lived a fulfilled life that would be remembered for good.
Abeo prayed God to light his grave, forgive his shortcomings and give bereaved families the fortitude to bear the huge loss.
