The Director General, Oyo State Liaison Office, Abuja and Lagos, Comrade Wale Ajani, has been given the award for most prominent public officer Award of the Year by the first online Rehoboth Radio in Ona Ara Local government for his “exemplary performance in governance.”

freshvoicenewsmedia.com.ng recalled that Comrade Wale Ajani, also was among othe dignities awarded at the Ọmọluabi festival organised by Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide YCYW this year in Ibadan.
The Director and Chief Executive Officer of Rehoboth Radio, Dr. Matthew A. Bogunmbe JP, who announced the Director General of Oyo-State Liaison Office in Abuja and Lagos as the winner of the category, said selecting Wale Ajani for the award was easy as his track record of exemplary performance towered above his peers.
He said, “Ajani has, less than a year, worked tirelessly to turn Oyo Houses in Abuja and Lagos into a workable. He has reached out to some federal ministries and agencies in other to get a good relationship with them for that development of the state.”
In his response, Ajani who commended the organisers for counting him worthy for the award, says, “I dedicate this award to my boss, His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde for the opportunity given to him to show his capacity in the office.

Similarly, a social group, Ona Ara Emergency Alert, a former students leader in Ona Ara, Comrade Oluwemimo Oyinlola popularly known as Amotekun Confidence, won the most prominent social group and most prominent youth activist Award respectively.
The Ona Ara Emergency Alert group Coordinator, Comrade Alawode Rahmon expressed his gratitude to the organisers and said the honour had affirmed that the work of the group touched stakeholders and general populace.
