The Jagunmolu Olubadan of Ibadanland and Chairman of Ilaji Hotels Sports Resort, Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Engr. Funmi Obisesan on her exceptional recognition as one of the 2024 Scottish Local Heroes.

He also lauded Engr. Obisesan’s father, who he noted must be proud of his daughter’s extraordinary accomplishments. “The sacrifices, tears, and challenges you overcame on your journey to success are a testament to your indomitable spirit, and I am confident that your contributions to your community will continue to inspire others for years to come,” Chief Sanusi added.
Chief Sanusi further expressed his joy in seeing a proud Nigerian being celebrated on such a prestigious platform in Scotland. He prayed for continued success in all of Engr. Obisesan’s future endeavours and commended her for not only uplifting her family and community but for also shining a positive light on Nigeria.
