The Yoruba Council of Youth Worldwide (YCYW) Oyo State Council extends its heartfelt congratulations to the Deputy Speaker Rt Hon. Muhammed Fadeyi, Hon. Akintunde Olajide, Hon. Yusuf Adebisi, Hon. Waheed Akintayo, Mrs. Bisi Micheal, and other esteemed members of the Oyo State House of Assembly, on their well-deserved appointments as Chairmen of various house committees.
In a statement issued today signed by the group Secretary, Omoluabi Ajani Abdul-rahmon, the Chairman of YCYW, Asoju Odo Alawode Rahmon Akintunde, commended the recent appointments and encouraged the leaders of the House to draw inspiration from Governor Seyi Makinde’s visionary sustainable development initiatives. They have been appointed as Chairmen of the House Committees on Special Duties, Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Youth and Sports Development, Media and Publicity, and Culture and Tourism, respectively.
