2023: Folarin camp wins as Omodewu Inaugurated as Oyo APC Chairman • We May Move To ADP – Party Chieftain
A former commissioner in the cabinet of late Governor Abiola Ajimobi, Isaac Ajiboye Omodewu on Thursday was inaugurated as the chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State.

Freshvoice Newsmedia had reported earlier that Omodewu arrived in Abuja yesterday, Wednesday ahead of today’s inauguration.
As it stands in Oyo APC, the Senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Oloye Teslim Folarin, who has been rumoured to be nursing gubernatorial ambition in 2023 (Tessy Lokan) appears to be in firm control of the party structure in the state owing to his political clout and experience.
One of the leaders of Unity Forum who didn’t want his name mentioned told GOAL POACHER NEWS correspondent that other factions within the party are currently weighing the outcome of today’s inauguration saying that if other leaders agreed, they may defect to Action Democratic Party (ADP).
