The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin, Ige Olakulehin will on Friday (Today) promote Chiefs in the Balogun Chieftaincy Line.
The affected Chiefs are:
HRM, Oba Tajudeen Abimbola Ajibola who will be promoted from Otun Balogun to Balogun of Ibadanland; HRM, Oba Kolawole Adegbola will be promoted from Asipa Balogun to Otun Balogun of Ibadanland; HRM, Oba John Olubunmi Isioye-Dada will be promoted from Ekerin Balogun to Osi Balogun of Ibadanland; HRM, Oba Dauda Abiodun Azeez will be promoted from Ekarun Balogun to Asipa Balogun of Ibadanland; Senior Chief Akeem Bolaji Adewoyin will be promoted from Abese Balogun to Ekerin Balogun of Ibadanland; while Senior Chief Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli will be promoted from Maye Balogun to the position of Ekarun Balogun of Ibadanland.
The ceremony will hold at the newly built Olubadan Palace, Oke Aremo, Ibadan by 11.00 am.
