The Okanlomo Oodua and Gbonka Olubadan of Ibadanland, Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi, has congratulated the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on the occasion of her 66th birthday anniversary.
Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi, in a congratulatory message, described the First Lady as a woman of grace, compassion, courage and steadfast commitment to the wellbeing of Nigerians.
Senator Oluremi Tinubu clocks 66 on Monday, September 21, 2026. The State House has also confirmed her continued role as Nigeria’s First Lady, while President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in his birthday message, praised her patience, courage, compassion and support throughout their years together.
Chief Sanusi particularly acknowledged the First Lady’s support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing her as an important source of encouragement, strength and counsel to the President as he leads the country.
According to him, the contributions of Senator Oluremi Tinubu to humanitarian initiatives, women and youth empowerment, education and support for vulnerable Nigerians deserve recognition. The President has similarly highlighted her work through the New Era Foundation and the Renewed Hope Initiative, noting its reach among young people, widows, elderly citizens and women farmers.
The Okanlomo Oodua prayed that Almighty God would continue to grant Senator Oluremi Tinubu sound health, wisdom, longevity, peace and prosperity as she continues to contribute to the development of Nigeria and the wellbeing of its citizens.
He further wished the First Lady many more fruitful years filled with joy, fulfilment and continued impact.
