The Fakhar Soliheen of Oyo State, Dr. (Al Imam) Al Mudeer Al Khaleefa Adewale Kolapo Kareem AKK, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the newly elevated Obas and High Chiefs of Ibadanland.
