In a touching note titled “Open Appreciation Letter to a True Leader,” community advocate Ajibola Abimbola (L.G.S.S) has poured out heartfelt appreciation to Chief (Engr.) Jubril Dotun Sanusi, the Asiwaju of Ona Ara, for his unwavering dedication to community development and humanitarian service across Ona Ara Local Government.
Hon. Ajibola praised Chief Sanusi’s tireless contributions to infrastructural improvement, particularly his consistent efforts in maintaining and rehabilitating the major access road linking several communities within Ona Ara — efforts that predate the current reconstruction being undertaken by His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde.
“The road has served as a lifeline for our traders, commuters, and residents. Its sustained usability reflects your silent sacrifices and commitment to the wellbeing of your people,” Abimbola noted.
He further commended Chief Sanusi’s personal intervention in filling potholes and ensuring road safety, describing such gestures as emblematic of a visionary and compassionate leader.
“You have exemplified what true leadership stands for — service beyond self, foresight beyond the present, and deep compassion for the people,” he added.
Ajibola concluded by extolling Chief Sanusi’s mentorship, optimism, and devotion to progress in Ona Ara and Oyo State, praying for renewed strength and continued impact in his journey of service to humanity.
“May your good works continue to speak louder than words, and may your leadership bring greater transformation to our land,” he wrote.
