The Chairman of the Non-Academic Staff Union (NASU), Comr. Badmus Tolulope Adekunle, has congratulated Comr. Adeleke Wasiu Adewale on his emergence as Chairman-elect of the Colleges of Education Academic Staff Union (COEASU), FCE (Special), Oyo Chapter.
In a goodwill message signed by NASU Secretary, Comr. Pariesho, and released shortly after the election results were declared, Comr. Badmus described Adeleke’s victory as “a new dawn” not only for COEASU but also for the entire college community.
He emphasized that the election outcome was a clear testament to the trust and confidence reposed in Comr. Adeleke by the academic staff, describing him as a leader whose commitment to integrity, unionism, and service has remained unwavering.
According to him, “The emergence of Comr. Adeleke Wasiu Adewale signals a fresh era of purposeful leadership, progressive engagement, and collective advancement. His tenure will no doubt be characterized by strategic collaboration, open dialogue, and impactful results that will strengthen industrial harmony within our college.”
Comr. Badmus further assured of NASU’s readiness to work in synergy with the newly elected COEASU executives in advancing staff welfare, institutional growth, and the shared vision of excellence across the college system.
He concluded by wishing Comr. Adeleke a successful and impactful tenure filled with wisdom, courage, and result-oriented leadership.
