With two decades of teaching experience, Rukayat enrolled in the program eighteen (18) months ago with a vision to deepen her expertise in educational leadership and instructional strategies. The rigorous curriculum covered a range of subjects, including: Reflection upon practice, Innovation in Education, Organisational Leadership, Curriculum Development, Instructional Technology, and Educational Psychology, providing her with advanced skills to support her students and colleagues.
