The executive governor of Oyo state, Engr Seyi Makinde today visited the former governor of Ekiti state, Ayo Fayose.
Fayose who recently underwent a surgery in the United Kingdom (UK) is back in the country and has continued to carry on with his daily life.
This is coming few hours after Governor Makinde officially handed over power to his deputy, Barrister Bayo Lawal as he commenced his Leave today.
Makinde according to a letter he forwarded to the house of Assembly to notify them of his Leave and transmission of power to his deputy indicated that he will end the Leave by 3rd of September, 2022.
Makinde and Fayose at the former Ekiti Governor’s private residence in Ado today.
