ERUWA, OYO STATE – In light of the escalating security concerns within the vicinity of Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa, Oyo State, Asoju Odo Alawode, a prominent youth leader, has issued a fervent appeal to Governor Seyi Makinde led government and security agencies for immediate intervention.
A diligent student leader, Comr. Mudathir Sodiq Olamilekan, who was contacted by our reporter explained that it’s over two weeks the students have been grappling with a surge in criminal activities, including robberies and harassment of female students in the area surrounding the polytechnic campus. Mr. Olamilekan has reported that these incidents have created an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty among the student community.
In response to the deteriorating security situation, students have organized protests to draw attention to their plight. Moreover, they have taken it upon themselves to implement makeshift security measures, including nighttime patrols, in an effort to safeguard their fellow students.

Recognizing the gravity of the situation, the students of Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa, are now urgently calling upon the state government and security agencies to come to their aid. They seek immediate action to restore a sense of safety and security within their educational environment.
