The Ona Ara Local Government Councillors have appointed the Deputy House Leader, Hon. Adedokun Mumini as the acting Vice Chairman to prevent a vacuum in the administration of the INUKAN LCDA affairs.
Recall that weeks ago, the councillors suspended the Ona Ara Local Government Vice. Chairman, Hon. Kunle Balogun who also the political head, INUKAN LCDA on an allegation of gross misconduct as leveled against him in a separate two petitions.
Yesterday at another plenary, the legislators appointed the Deputy House Leader, Mr. Adedokun Mumini to take over the office of the vice chairman to prevent a vacuum in the administration of the INUKAN LCDA affairs.
The councillors hinted, through a statement issued to newsmen on Friday, that they have also written to the Oyo State House of Assembly of their resolution.
The Legislative Arm stated that: “Further to our resolution which suspended the Executive Vice Chairman, Mr. Kunle Balogun, the Deputy House Leader, Mr. Adedokun Mumini, should immediately take over the office of the Local Government Vice. Chairman to prevent a vacuum in administration of the INUKAN LCDA.”
