In preparation for the smooth transition of leadership, Ona Ara Local Government Chairman-Elect, Dr. Temitope Kolapo GLORIOUS, has announced the appointment of a 11-man transition committee. The committee will play a crucial role in facilitating the transfer of responsibilities and ensuring continuity in governance.

Leading the transition committee is Hon. Wale Ajala, a former House of Assembly aspirant and Director General, Governor Seyi Makinde Re-election campaign at the last General elections. Hon. Ajala is a community leader known for his commitment to public service. With his wealth of experience and dedication to the welfare of the people, Hon. Ajala is well-equipped to steer the committee towards achieving its objectives.
The members of the transition committee include Mogaji Nafiu Okunade, Hon. Sanni Nurudeen, Hon. Bisi Akinade, Hon. Adetunji Abiona, Hon. Asimiyu Fabiyi, and Aare Alao Olalekan, Mr Nureni Morakinyo Azeez, Hon. Isiaka Arinola, Alhaja Olaide Obisesan, Mr Owolabi Adamo Obalagbe. Each member brings unique skills and insights to the table, ensuring a comprehensive and inclusive approach to the transition process.
