The Iyaloja General of Oyo-State and Southwest Coordinator, Market Traders Association of Nigeria (MATAN), Princess Folashade Azeezat Abeo NURUDEEN becomes Iyaniwura Odo Oodua commissioned the first of it’s kind Omoluabi Office by YCYW Oyo State Council.
The Yoruba Council of Youth Worldwide ( YCYW ), the apex Yoruba youth umbrella body organisation with utmost interest in the promotion and orientation of “Omoluabi ethos”- meaning the core cultural values and good character upon which the Yoruba philosophy are pivoted is extending her participatory visibility and presence to help address all issues of concerns as it affects youth and all other Oyo State residents as she officially open the first of it’s kind Omoluabi Office and official certification of the State Executive members led by Asoju Odo Alawode Rahmon Akintunde who is also Chairman of States Chairmen, YCYW Nationwide to help maintain law and order vis-a-vis giving every Oyo State residents a sense of belonging through her intended rotational activities from one local government to another within the Pace Setter State and environs targeted holistic development of the Youths in order to disabuse their minds and channel their energy towards productive activities that will be individually beneficial and for the benefit of the society as a whole in line with Omoluabi ethos.

The Global President of the Yoruba Council Worldwide (YCW) being the apex umbrella body for the Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide (YCYW), Yoruba Council of Women Worldwide (YCWW),Yoruba Council of Students Worldwide (YCSW), Omoluabi School Club (OSC), His Majesty, Aare Oba Omoluabi Oladotun Hassan, Oba Aala Aje Agbaye sent a congratulatory and felicitation letter to the state Yoruba Youths Council, having emphasized that the impact of the Organisation is presently well felt in the as a result of partnership with the traditional rulers in different stratas of the communities including necessary Government Ministries as they engage the youth through dialogue that gives room for their quest to be heard with an assurance of possible solutions of channeling this quest to appropriate quarters which has been bringing reasonable result alongside engaging them in meaningful activities that instills the Omoluabi ethos.
He congratulates the Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide (YCYW), Oyo State Council Executives under the leadership of Asoju Odo Omoluabi Alawode Rahmon for their giant strides in making another history today by officially opening the council office and showcasing the official certificate of recognition of the Youth Council issued by Oyo State Government’s Agency for Youth and Sports Development.
In another note, Aare Hassan specially call on President Muhammadu Buhari to swiftly intervene and call the CBN to order on the need to extend the deadline of collection of Old Naira Note for Six months, so as to avoid an impending looming crises that is possible of truncating peace and most importantly the conduct of the polls ahead of 25th February, 2023.
In his own speech, Chairman, Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide YCYW Oyo State Council, Asoju Odo Alawode Rahmon appreciates the grace of the event success. He acknowledged the support of all the pillers of the group movements since he attained it’s office as Olori Odo Yoruba in the state.
Hence, the Organisation is offering herself to positively contribute to salvage the situation by employing every logical means through an effective engagement of the youth via healthy activities and dialogue in order to continue to move our nation forward in the interest of all, Alawode concluded
