IBNE/IBSE2023: Reps. Member Abass Agboworin Extols Makinde, PDP Leaders and Party Delegates
Member, House of Representatives, Hon. Abass Adigun Agboworin has dedicated his victory at the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) primaries to Almighty Allah whose mercies endures forever.
The lawmaker who was elected to run for a second term in office to represent Ibadan North-East/South-East federal constituency at the Green Chamber of the National Assembly has thanked the South-West PDP leader and the executive Governor of Oyo state, His Excellency Engr. Seyi Makinde, PDP Deputy National Chairman (South) Amb. Taofeek Arapaja, Oyo State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Chief Bayo Lawal, Oyo State Chairman, Pacesetter Transport Service, Hon. Dare Adeleke and delegates from Ibadan North-East and Ibadan South East local governments for the confidence reposed in him through the keenly contested Primaries.
The federal lawmaker, Hon. Abass Adigun promised to continue serving the people of his federal constituency with selflessness, equality and justice.
While extending his hands of friendship to other co-contestants in the race, Hon. Abass named them a true lover of democracy whose support will be needed to strengthen the PDP in the federal constituency and therefore urged them to cooperate with him on the task ahead.
Rep. Adigun said, the contest in our federal constituency will surely be a benchmark and reference point in nurturing our growing democracy now and in years to come.
