The indigenous socio-cultural group, Ona Ara Development Forum (ODF), has extended warm felicitations to His Imperial Majesty, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, the Olubadan of Ibadanland, on the joyous occasion of his 90th birthday.
In a statement signed by the President of the Forum, Alhaji Kola Bolomope, and made available to newsmen in Ibadan, the group described the revered monarch as a distinguished and proud son of Ona Ara Local Government, whose life has been dedicated to unity, tradition, and the service of humanity.
“On behalf of the entire members of Ona Ara Development Forum, we heartily congratulate His Imperial Majesty, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, on attaining the landmark age of 90,” the statement read.
Alhaji Bolomope praised the Olubadan for his benevolent leadership style, cultural preservation, and unwavering commitment to the well-being of the people of Ibadanland and beyond.
He further described the monarch’s reign as one that embodies peace, wisdom, and dignity, noting that Oba Olakulehin’s contributions to Yoruba tradition and national unity will remain etched in the annals of history.
“As Kabiyesi celebrates this remarkable milestone, we pray for long life, sound health, and continued success on the throne,” the statement concluded.
